1. What payment options does The GlowSpace accept?

The GlowSpace accepts the following forms of payment:

  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • Discover Card
  • American Express
  • PayPal
  • All of the above forms of payment except PayPal can be used with:
  • Secure Online Ordering
  • Telephone Ordering
  • Print and Fax Ordering
  • Print and Mail Ordering
  • **PayPal payments are only accepted through our website ordering process.

    We strongly discourage sending your credit card information by email. If you wish to place your order by email, please send your order and contact information to sales@glowspace.com and one of our sales representatives will promptly call you during normal business hours to arrange payment details.

    If you wish to pay with a Money Order or Certified Cheque you may use Telephone, Fax, Mail, or E-mail Ordering. However, your order will NOT be sent until the payment is received. Please place your order and then mail your cheque with the invoice number we will give you printed on it to:

       2. How can I place an order?

         You can place an order from The GlowSpace in a number of ways:
  • Secure Online Ordering - Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from almost anywhere in the world. As you browse through the web site, simply add items to your "shopping cart" by selecting the quantity you wish to purchase and then clicking on the "Buy Now!" button. You can view the items in your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the "Your Cart" button. When you are ready to purchase the items in your shopping cart, simply click on the "Checkout" button to begin the secure online checkout process. You will be taken through 5 steps during the checkout process. After you have inputed your name and address, you will be shown your shipping options and their associated prices. Once you select your desired shipping method, you will be presented with the Grand Total of your order including the appropriate taxes if any. You then proceed with the credit card processing. Please be patient during the last step as it takes several seconds for your card to be authorized. After approval, you can print out a receipt for your records, and you will automatically receive an email verifying that your order was received.


  • Telephone Ordering - Toll Free in North America 1-866-247-GLOW (4569) available from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. Please note, The GlowSpace is closed on statutory holidays for telephone ordering, but online ordering is always available!


  • Email Ordering - You may place your order 24 hours a day 7 days a week by sending your request to sales@glowspace.com. However, we strongly discourage sending your credit card information by email. If you wish to place your order by email, please send only your order request and contact information to sales@glowspace.com and one of our sales representatives will promptly call you during normal business hours to arrange payment details.

  • Print and Fax or Print and Mail Ordering - Simply print out a copy of our Order Form, fill it out, and then fax it to us at

  • Monday to Friday - 9:00am to 5:00pm Eastern Time
  • Saturday, Sunday, Statutory Holidays - Office is closed
  •    4. What is your return / refund policy?

  • Returns/Refunds: Unfortunately, product returns are not accepted. All sales are final. However, we do strive to serve you in the best way possible. If you have any questions about any of our products, or you would like suggestions about amounts to order for a particular event, please contact us before placing your order. We are more than happy to assist you, our valuable customer!


  • Shortages: All orders are double checked before shipping to ensure that all ordered items are included. In the rare case that you receive an incomplete order, you must notify us within 2 days of receiving your shipment! Shortages will be re-shipped at our expense OR you will be given a credit on your account for the value of the missing items if the shortage is not due to mishandling/damage by the carrier (see below).


  • Damages: All shipments that are received in visibly damaged condition MUST be reported to the delivery carrier at the time of receipt. Also, damage claims must be reported to us within 2 days of receiving your shipment so that we can initiate a claim with the carrier. You must keep the boxes that your order was shipped in for inspection of damages. Please note that all shipments are carefully packaged, and damages due to shipping are very rare!


  • Defective Merchandise: Notification of defective merchandise must be made to us within 3 days of receipt of your shipment. We may require that the defective merchandise be returned to us for inspection, however DO NOT return any merchandise without getting approval from us first, as it will not be accepted. Shipping charges are not refundable, and all return shipping costs (when authorized) are the responsibility of the customer. All defective merchandise issues are handled on a case-by-case basis. We always have our customers best interests in mind and are very flexible, however, even though our products are quality novelty items they do not come with performance guarantees!
  •    6. Is there a minimum order amount?

       There is NO minimum order amount at GlowSpace.com!
